The Multi-user Facility for Functional Proteomics (MFFP) at the Biomedical Research Centre provides the equipment and expertise necessary for researchers to get the most information from their proteomics experiments. From experimental planning, to implementation, to data analysis, we have the tools and techniques needed to aid BRC researchers, as well as any collaborators, with todays’ complex analyses.
In addition, nano-flow liquid chromatography is available for sample separation prior to anaylsis, as well as many software platforms to aid with the complex tasks of protein sequencing, modification site localization, and quantitation.
